"Magnetic Marketing - how to take the hard slog out of making a sale" is one of three workshops running at this inaugural Altitude Business Festival which also includes a business exhibition, speed networking sessions and the main speaker, award-winning author, Andy Kirkpatrick.

Francine's workshop will show you how to stop shouting and start listening to your customers - and, in the process, increase your chances of being heard by those people who want to buy.

The event is being held to raise money for Practical Action, a charity that works in poverty stricken communities all over the world, using technology to help them become self-sufficient.

The festival culminates in an evening of music, featuring 5 local bands.
