Time is running out to take advantage of the Leadership and Management development grant to support small and medium-sized businesses in accessing leadership training and coaching. The deadline for applications is 3 February 2012, budget permitting.

To qualify, a business must have between 10 and 249 employees .  A match funded grant of up to £1,000 can be spent on leadership training and coaching that helps grow the business, improving productivity and competitiveness.

Clarity Marketing is now providing a strategic coaching and training programme which qualifying businesses could find attracts grant support. The programme is applied very practically and the output for you is a strategic marketing plan.

To apply, the business owner should contact the Leadership and Management Advisory Service who will carry out an analysis of skills training needs.
