Francine Pickering has had an ongoing advisory relationship with SanTranslate since the company first started up. She is currently working with this translation company providing marketing manager services on a regular basis.
SanTranslate has faced a range of strategic business decisions over the past months as the company has restructured and moved into premises in Nottingham city centre. Francine has been able to bring a strategic marketing perspective to the relationship as the company moves forward to meeting its business targets for 2010/11. She is currently developing a new marketing plan to achieve SanTranslate's three-year goals and will be coaching the managing director through this process thanks to the Train to Gain Leaders First funding.
Francine is also managing SanTranslate's blog, a relatively new initiative that isalready working extremely well in generating plenty of enquiries and sales. A strategy of "little and often", covering news from SanTranslate and the translation industry as well as issue in their target sectors is proving effective. Succinct and relevant posts mean that it is easy to include key words and this is undoubtedly driving many of the company's seach-engine derived enquiries.
