Clarity Marketing was approached in early 2011 by fellow tweeter, Mark Brown from Lismark Office Furniture in Leicester, for advice in developing a new approach to marketing for this long-established business.

With a great track record supplying office furniture to the schools sector, and with a substantial regular corporate client under their belt, Lismark had identified that a more pro-active approach was required to acquiring further private sector clients - which is where Clarity Marketing comes in.

I've been delighted to find that they have some great values as a business, never selling anything that they're not proud to and working with UK-based manufacturers of attractive office and cafe furniture.  They already have a large database which we will be looking at to segment into different types of customer and developing appropriate approaches for each.

With advice from Clarity Marketing,Lismark have now launched a new web site, moving away from an e-commerce approach to one that is aimed at larger clients and can showcase a wider range of products as well as highlighting Lismark's design and planning services.  The site supports a strategic shift towards more actively targeting corporate clients.

Clarity Marketing is now pleased to be working with Lismark to provide ongoing Strategic Marketing Manager services building on the initial planning work carried out earlier.  We are stregnthening their web presence since the new site has begun to attract greater numbers of better quality enquiries, and developing a highly targeted approach to identifying and approaching individual prospects.
