The Corporate and Executive Coaching Organisation, award-winning providers of executive coaching and coach training, asked Clarity Marketing to help them move towards a more planned approach to their marketing. Clarity Marketing worked with them to develop a strategic marketing plan and, under the Train to Gain Leaders First programme, coached Vicki and Neil Epsin to adopt a new approach to marketing the business.
Their new web site has been recently launched along with an accompanying social media strategy encompassing the use of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. We have developed a strategy to maximise the use of, and income from, valuable resources for coaches through the site, with new ideas in the pipeline.
During the course of working together so far, CECO has renewed contact with a key industry body and will be delivering some exicting new training with them in the New Year.

ober, CECO won the East Midlands Training Award for Partnership and Collaboration in the National Training Awards for their work with Britaania Building Society (now The Co-operative Financial Services) building on 2008's success in winning the Training Journal Award for Best Coaching Programme.
