Francine Pickering is working with The Finch Consultancy through the Mentoring for All scheme (now called the Business Mentoring Service).
This service allows any East Midlands based business that has been operating for over a year to have 10 sessions with a qualified business mentor. In our sessions we cover, not just marketing issues, but broader business topics that will help the business grow.
The Finch Consultancy is an HR consultancy targeting small and recent employers, prividing cost-effective services to help them fulfill their legal obligations and thus avoid problems arising in the future with their employees. As well as developing contracts and Company Handbooks, The Finch Consultancy can provide a retained HR service so that clients can access their expertise as and when they need it.
We'll be working together to develop their current core business and position them for the future around their specialist exerptise in bullying and harrassment in the workplace and advice for employers around employees' use of alcohol and drugs.
